Returns Policy:
Any unopened domestic item can be returned for any reason within 30 days.
Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your credit card for the price of the item minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Paypal user will be charge the actual transaction fee from paypal.com

International orders cannot be returned unless it is defective. International orders are subject to 15% surcharge for cancelations and returns. Returned or Cancelled International Orders paid with www.paypal.com are subject to reimburstment of all paypal.com fees for both the order and return.

In the case of a defective product, please use the contact us link for information on obtaining a replacement product.

A defective item can only be replaced with the same item. Another item cannot be substituted.

You pay actual shipping as calculated by either USPS or UPS

Free shipping does not apply to Trolling motors. A flat fee of $35.00 will be charged do to the weight of the trolling motor.

We ship to Billing address only, no third party shipping. Exceptions to this rule Professional Anglers and Friends of Nationwide Tackle.

We do not ship overseas. We ship to the United States and Canada ONLY. All orders over $500.00 will be verifed before shipping to protect our customers.  

How long does shipping take? Your order will arrive 2 to 10 business days after receipt. Some baits are custom made or hand poured which requie addtional shipping time. All packages will be shipped by UPS or USPS. Standard delivery will be 3-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination (within the continental United States). You may receive multiple packages per order.  Large and bulky items such as trolling motors and fishing rods take longer and cost a bit more because oversize charges apply.

NOTE We offer several baits that are custom made and/or hand poured. These baits require extra delivery time. Custom baits in stock ship in 3-5 days, other may take 2-3 weeks depending on production schedule.
